The number that was ordered did not match the photo. Having received the room, it turned out that the exit to the street is right in front of the restaurant. It was impossible to open the door due to the noise and constant people in the restaurant. Many thanks to the administrator Katia for her help and desire to help in changing the number. We paid extra but got a wonderful apartment. In general, the hotel, location and staff are excellent. Thanks a lot

Cozy saunas, open until 23:00. Nice rooms, big enough, great shower, quiet, friendly personnel. Coffe machine in the room.

Location is very nice…just in front of the lake. The room was very clean and modern. Only stay for a night and didn’t have the time to try the food so can’t comment about it. I would go back happily

Lovely location and very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the spa and restaurant. It makes a nice get away spot. Lots to do around if travelling by car.

Hotel is brand new. Rooms are nicely decorated with tasteful decor and bathroom, tea/coffee facilities. Our room had lots of natural light and we liked the sliding doors and small terrace with chairs/table to sit outdoors. The staff are faultless. Even though this is a new hotel and so some services are still in the process of being implemented, the attitude of the staff is excellent and their care for the customer experience is evident. Without exception we experienced everyone working at the hotel to be friendly, helpful and kind. This goes a long way in smoothing any small bumps associated with getting a new hotel off the ground.
